Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with developers and designers to create a design strategy.
- Selecting and editing images for websites.
- Choosing fonts and color schemes for websites.
- Keeping abreast of image editing software innovations.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials
that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal
communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for
using a content management system
- Portal user interface and pages development, JS / CSS based HTML5 animations development,
Landing pages development as per requirements
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
- Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
- Create and maintain a database of design assets.
- Portfolio of strong creative work
- Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
• DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least 3-5 years of experience required in design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline.
- Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign,
Sketch, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Corel DRAW, etc.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals,
typography, print, and the web
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills
• Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
