About the Role :
• This position will be ideal for a person who loves all aspects of digital design, creates visual concepts using designing tools, with a prime focus on web design. Need to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate clients. You will be responsible to design the overall layout, brand new website concepts, logos, design for applications & other branding elements for clients, as well as working on a variety of exciting internal design projects. Your graphics should be eye-catching and can communicate the messages intended. Especially you have to work as a dedicated designer for an Australian-based clients.
Your Typical Week Would Include :
• To design brand-new web design concepts for clients.
• Need to work closely with our senior designer, project managers, and web developers.
• To work in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or any other creative tools in your toolbox.
• To design content page layouts for clients’ websites and mostly have to work as a dedicated designer.
• Add creative flair to clients’ websites by creating design elements for project managers and developers.
To work on exciting internal projects.
Qualification :
• Any Graduate with specialization in Graphic Designing / Animation / Web Designing
Responsibilities for this Positions :
• To understand requirements in detail, and turn these into polished designs that will drive conversion rates.
• To work on all sizes of projects right from full site redesigns to small iteration and integrations.
• Need to present draft designs to management, colleagues, for feedback.
• Discuss in meetings expectations and desired outcomes of design.
• Creative flair, passion, enthusiasm for design.
• 1- 3 years of commercial graphic/web design, knowledge, and experience as per your online portfolio.
• Sound knowledge and experience with creating web design concepts (Please include your portfolio).
• Creative thinker with strong conceptual skills.
• Possesses technical expertise with Adobe (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with in-depth knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript/JQuery.
• It requires excellent communication skills as have to deal with international clients.
• Should be reliable, accountable, and disciplined to the rest of the team.
• Strong, effective communication with client-facing skills.
• Responsive website and mobile development skills.
• Excellent efficiency and productivity.
