Profile: Engineer - Browser engine and Webkit Development
Profile Summary :
- Understand and implement software-related requirement accurately in order to design and build the next generation Android mobile applications
- Develop software optimized for usability, performance, maintenance and etc. based on understanding the Android platform.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understanding of Chromium browser engine and Webkit.
- Understanding of cache , cookies, HTTP/HTTPS and other security protocols
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS, Java Script and V8.
- Understanding of Skia rendering and Open GL ES.
- Experience in multi-threaded and multi-process environment.
Mandatory Skills and Competencies :
- Good experience in C++, Data Structures and Algorithms, Object Oriented Design.
- Must have very good understanding of working on Linux and Android Native Application.
- Experience in investigating issues/bugs using debugging and logs analysis.
- Proficiency with Source Code Management tools (P4/GIT etc.)
- High levels of ownership and commitment on deliverables.
- Good written & oral communication Skills to interact with stakeholders
