Handle customer inquiries over whatsapp and calls
Respond to facebook and instagram comments
Handle customer complaints, return requests, disputes, etc.
Operations
Pack the sale item and label it to make it ready for dispatch
Tabulate, segregate and label customer phone number database
Report sale figures daily and highlight products that customers are showing attraction to
Assist in designing and shoots of reels/ad creatives
Physically handle goods that needed to be clicked for customers, extracting and reracking them
Inventory
Manage online inventory over the website, adding and subtracting purchased and sold products
