About the role...
This role is responsible for defining and advancing the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) roadmap for the MYOB website. It leads the identification, sizing, and prioritisation of conversion opportunities across key website journeys and collaborates with Website Product, Development, Content, Product Marketing, and Data teams to build, test, and evaluate optimisations based on data-driven assumptions.
What will keep you busy...
Lead the CRO roadmap for MYOB.com
Collaborate and partner with cross-functional team members to identify and size opportunities to increase website conversion rates (e.g. sign-ups, trials, leads, product mix, billing mix)
Use GA4, other analytics tools, and self-service dashboards to analyse funnels, journeys, traffic sources and behaviours to identify bottlenecks and friction points on MYOB.com
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insight summaries and recommendations for non-technical collaborators
Champion experimentation guidelines and methodologies, including hypothesis definition, sample sizing, guardrails, success metrics and decision criteria
What we'd love to see from you...
You'll bring proven hands-on experience in the Conversion Rate Optimisation of complex B2B/B2C websites, including opportunity identification through analysis and insights, experiment development, implementation, and measurement of impact.
Strong understanding of CRO guidelines, behavioural principles, awareness of pricing and positioning levers, experimentation and measurement methodologies, and common pitfalls to CRO
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including events, funnels, segments, explorations and attribution
Demonstrated ability to turn data (quantitative and qualitative) into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations
Moderate experience using SQL would be an advantage, to complete more complex analysis with the support of Data team members
Proficiency with web experimentation platforms (e.g. Contentful Personalisation (formally Ninetailed), Optimizely or similar) and heatmapping/session replay tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable influencing collaborators with data-backed recommendations; able to communicate complex data and findings
