Building Brands Marketing is a full-service marketing agency specializing in website design, development, and digital marketing solutions for local businesses. Our team thrives on creativity, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable results. We’re looking for a Website Design Manager to own end-to-end website projects and keep ongoing site maintenance running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Lead new website development projects from kickoff through launch. Meet with clients to define goals, gather content and feedback, and map out information architecture
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, proactively communicating any shifts to clients and internal teams
Implement design and content updates, including page layouts, styling adjustments, and template tweaks
Oversee client tickets for website maintenance and technical support. Triage requests, assign work to the team or resolve directly, and keep clients informed of progress
Troubleshoot common technical issues including domain and DNS configurations, SSL certificates, email setup, plugin conflicts, and performance optimizations
Maintain detailed project documentation, style guides, and post-launch checklists
Who You Are
3+ years of hands-on web design and development experience, ideally in an agency or client-facing role
You can lead conversations on domains, DNS settings, SSL certificates, hosting environments, plugin integrations, performance tuning, and basic PHP/JavaScript topics
Expert with WordPress and Elementor (or similar visual builders), plus solid HTML and CSS skills
Comfortable running technical kickoff and review meetings, translating complex requirements into clear action items for both clients and internal teams
Strong communicator who explains technical concepts in plain language, listens actively, and anticipates client questions
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple site projects and maintenance tickets while meeting deadlines
Client-first mindset. You own the end-to-end process, proactively surface potential issues, and drive projects to completion with minimal hand-holding
