About Us:

Sham Foam Pvt Ltd, manufacturer of PU Foam and Mattresses. We are looking for a talented Web Designer and Developer, preferably female, who has a keen eye for design and a solid understanding of SEO and online marketing.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer and Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to our client's specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive websites that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure website functionality and stability across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve website rankings on search engines.
• Integrate marketing and online advertising strategies into website design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure website functionality.
• Work with content management systems (CMS) to create and update website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align web designs with branding and marketing strategies.
• Perform regular website maintenance and updates as required.

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Web Designer and Developer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your web design and development projects.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with back-end development and databases.
• Knowledge of Laravel, WordPress or other content management systems.
• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
• Familiarity with online marketing and advertising strategies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
