We are seeking an experienced WordPress Custom Website Developer with advanced skills to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom WordPress websites that meet our clients' specific requirements. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into fully functional and responsive websites.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to create advanced, dynamic, and user-friendly websites.
2. Collaborate with the design team to convert visual designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites.
3. Create custom post types, taxonomies, and advanced custom fields to enhance website functionality and content management.
4. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
6. Implement best practices in web development, including security measures and data protection.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress development and implement them in projects.
8. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and integrity of the websites.

10. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of custom WordPress themes / plugins or websites.
2. Advanced proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
3. Extensive knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development, including customizations and hooks.
4. Experience with popular WordPress page builders, such as Elementor.
5. Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
6. Proficient in working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
7. Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and website security.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
