Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.

Collaborate with content creators and developers to deliver engaging website content.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to enhance website functionality.
Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they are secure and up to date.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in WordPress design and development (portfolio required).
Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive design.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce).
Experience with website accessibility standards (WCAG).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and branding.
