We are looking for a Product Data Entry Specialist to manage and enter product data efficiently through ERP and Magento for international clients. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in data management tools, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. Knowledge of Excel is essential for data handling, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Enter, update, and maintain product information (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes, metadata) in ERP and Magento.
2.Ensure accurate product categorization, SKU assignment, and inventory updates.
3.Use Excel to format, analyze, and manipulate product data for bulk uploads.
4.Perform basic modifications on product pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5.Manage and update content on WordPress-based websites.
6.Identify and correct any data inconsistencies or errors in the system.
Requirements:
1.Experience with ERP and Magento for product data entry and management.
2.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
3.Strong proficiency in Excel
4.Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5.Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
6.Prior experience in e-commerce or data entry roles is a plus.
