We are seeking a talented and motivated Website Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress and Shopify. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites that deliver excellent user experiences. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and performance-driven websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites.
Build and modify themes, templates, and plugins/apps based on project requirements.
Ensure all websites are responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and eCommerce functionalities.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to translate concepts into functional websites.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues on live websites.
Manage website migrations, backups, and updates.
Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of proven experience in WordPress and Shopify development.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and Liquid.
Experience with Shopify themes, custom coding, and app integrations.
Familiarity with WordPress page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
Understanding of SEO best practices, website speed optimization, and analytics tools.
Knowledge of version control (Git), hosting environments, and domain management.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
