Ensure website functionality, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
Product Management:
Add, update, and manage product listings, descriptions, and images.
Ensure accurate product categorization and pricing.
SEO & Digital Marketing:
Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to run promotions, sales, and campaigns.
Monitor website traffic, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Order & Inventory Management:
Oversee online orders and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
Manage stock levels and ensure products are in stock on the website.
User Experience & Design:
Optimize site navigation, load speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Enhance the customer journey for increased sales and reduced cart abandonment.
Customer Support & Feedback:
Address customer inquiries related to online purchases.
Collect feedback and suggest improvements for better service.
