ROLE
Sr. WEB Developer
ROLE TITLE & DEFINITION
A Senior web developer will be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of client’s websites as well as the Company’s website. Web developer responsibilities include building each website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.(COMPANY REFERRED TO AS COSMOLANCE TECH PVT LTD)
RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
Website design and development
Securing all the websites
Website AMCs
Domain and hosting renewals
Speed management of website
Content uploading
TASKS & ACTIVITIES
WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
Prepare for handover of client’s website as per the milestones in agreement
Securing all websites
Make sure all the websites we make for our clients are secure by way of coding or installing other softwares. It will be the wholesale responsibility of the Developer.
Ensure we have the backup of all company’s websites and client websites with us at all times for quick recovery.
WEBSITE AMCS
We offer website management services to clients and its the Developer’s responsibility to fulfill the AMC deliverables as per agreement and generate a report by the end of each month.
Domain and Hosting Renewals
Keeping track of the renewals of all hosting and domains of all the client websites and company’s websites.
Coordinating with the admin department well in advance of 30 days to avoid any confusion.
Speed management and content uploading
Ensure all our websites are having a speed of 5secs and under.
Upload/ updation of websites content as and when required.
RESEARCH
Spend one hour every day to research and brainstorm with the team what more can be done for each of the clients to ensure we give more value than promised.
DEVELOP SKILLS TO BECOME PROJECT MANAGER
Arrive at a winning formulae for clients and company so that you can become the next Project Manager
MEASUREMENT METRICS
Adhering to milestones and delivering the project on schedule or before it.
Sharing new research insights monthly
Invest time in the learning plan as prescribed from time to time.
Planning your schedule in a way that we can do justice with all our clients projects every month and are able to raise invoices to cover desk costs.
Qualification - B.Tech Computer Science from a reputed college
Experience - 4+ years
Salary - As per industry norms
Job location - Sec142, Noida
Work from office job
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
