About D’IYANU: D’IYANU is a leading ecommerce fashion brand rooted in African- inspired design, offering bold, print-driven apparel for men, women, and kids. We serve a global customer base and are focused on delivering standout products and a seamless shopping experience.
We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Website & Digital Creative Manager to own both creative execution and website management across our eCommerce business. You will play a key role in how customers experience the brand across the website, email, and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Design
· Design all brand graphics across: Website (homepage banners, collection visuals), Email and SMS campaigns, Social media content, Packaging and promotional materials
· Execute creative for all campaigns in alignment with the marketing calendar
· Maintain strong visual consistency across all touchpoints
Website Management, Merchandising & Optimization (Shopify)
· Own all day-to-day website updates, including homepage, banners,
announcement bar, and overall site presentation
· Manage navigation across desktop (mega menu) and mobile, including adding
and organizing new collections
· Create and update product and collection pages (descriptions, tags, tax
settings, imagery)
· Merchandise collections to prioritize new arrivals, key products, and overall shopping experience
· Ensure accurate product status across the site, including in-stock vs preorder, back-in-stock visibility, and “Coming Soon” functionality
· Manage all apps and ensure optimal performance
· Execute monthly markdown and clearance updates, including pricing and product changes
· Run biweekly sold-out reports and manage product archiving
Technical, QA & Performance
· Perform regular website QA to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless user experience
· Review site structure, categories, and overall organization for optimization opportunities
· Analyze heatmap data using Microsoft Clarity and identify areas for improvement
· Review and approve SEO blog content for accuracy and quality
· Make minor code updates (HTML/CSS/Liquid) as needed for site improvements
· Manage and coordinate with external developers on larger website updates, enhancements, and bug fixes
Qualifications:
· 5–7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital design, or website management, with hands-on experience managing Shopify (or similar platforms)
· Proven ability to own both website management and creative execution in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
· Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) with experience creating assets across web, email, social, and marketing channels
· Proficiency in Shopify admin, including product setup, collection management, navigation updates, and site merchandising
· Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid, with the ability to make minor code updates and troubleshoot issues
· Experience coordinating with and managing external developers on larger site updates and enhancements
· Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising, user experience, and visual hierarchy
· Familiarity with analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity to evaluate site performance and identify improvement opportunities
· Highly detail-oriented with a strong track record of executing updates accurately, on time, and with minimal errors
· Proven ability to maintain a high-performing, well-organized website with clear product presentation and navigation
· Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to identify issues proactively and implement solutions without constant oversight
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
