Role Purpose
We are hiring for the role of Website Manager. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Director of Marketing Our website isn’t just a digital asset — it’s the front door to our business, our brand, and our impact. It’s where customers get curious, get informed, and take action. And we’re constantly evolving it to be smarter, faster, and more useful — not just for us, but for them.
In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by being the one shaping the website experience. You’ll combine design thinking, systems thinking, SEO strategy, and marketing performance into one seamless, high-performing engine. You’ll work with a high performing, collaborative team that believes in building boldly — and measuring what matters.
The responsibilities we entrust you with:
What You’ll Be Solving :-
• Design meets data: You’ll bring together creativity and conversion thinking — shaping landing pages that look great and drive action.
• Optimized user flows: You’ll shape how people move through the site — from homepage to checkout — with one goal: drive digital sales.
• From static to smart: You’ll evolve our site into an experience — integrated with Salesforce, optimized for SEO, and personalized via chatbots and intelligent flows.
• Speed, UX, performance: You’ll lead experiments that improve every metric that matters — page speed, bounce, scroll depth, and lead capture.
• Insights that drive growth: You’ll make sure we’re not guessing. We test. We analyze. We optimize. You’ll own the engine that powers that.
What You’ll Own:
• The full website experience: UX, design consistency, structure, performance, responsiveness.
• Landing page creation and A/B testing for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• User journey flows that support awareness, engagement, and digital conversion.
• Growth-focused SEO strategies (working with our content and SEO partners).
• CRM and martech integrations — Salesforce, chatbot tools, analytics, etc.
• Collaboration across marketing, design, product, and sales to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing lead generation.
• Site performance dashboards and regular insights — you’ll know what’s working and what’s not.
What matters in this role:
You’ll Thrive If You Have...
• 3–5 years of experience managing and scaling high-performing websites.
• Strong handle on CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent).
• An eye for clean, conversion-focused UX — and basic understanding of design systems.
• Comfort working with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRO frameworks.
• Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, HTML/CSS basics.
