Job Profile:
• Responsible for end-to-end E commerce operations
• Product listing, order management, customer management, invoicing, return processing, refund management, and shipping.
• Order management processing and maintain order status
• Maintaining relationships with Channel Partners
• Inventory Allocations and Stock management
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations,
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify and Unicommerce.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
