About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Discussing and planning wedding theme, venue setup and other requirements with the clients
2. Preparing and maintaining wedding guest list
3. Arranging transport to the wedding venues and other facilities for the guests
4. Planning itinerary for the wedding day function and other ceremonies
5. Providing creative input in terms of decor and music to the clients
6. Liaising with different vendors and suppliers and negotiating contract terms
7. Maintaining a proper schedule of all the wedding festivities
8. Discussing budget and travel restrictions with clients specially for a destination wedding
+. Handling all logistics duties
10. Obtaining quotes from vendors and ensuring timely payment
11. Creating and communicating an appropriate timeline for all the wedding activities
12. Advising clients on different wedding packages
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
