Wedding Collaborator - Contract Opportunity
Project Type: Hybrid (Work from anywhere except during weddings; must be at the venue)
Location: Depending on Wedding Bookings and Requirements
Working Hours: N/A
We are seeking Wedding Collaborators to join our team at Mangalyam Inc. As a Wedding Collaborator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our weddings and events. This is a contract opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work on exciting projects.
Requirements:
• A related Associate degree or equivalent experience in the field
• Strong individual performer and team player
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively
• Capable of managing a team of 3-5 members on a daily basis
• Openness to travel across India for weddings
• Willingness to work in a collaborative model for a minimum of 18 months
• Commitment to participate in a 45-day project orientation/Quest Management for self-learning (minimum 3.33 hours per day) – note that this is not a training or paid internship
• Excellent time management, planning, and execution skills
• Outside experiences will not be considered in Mangalyam and its subsidiaries, but can be used as references for knowledge
