Job Description
Join 'THE VENUES COLLECTION' as a Wedding & Event Sales professional for our venue, where you will be responsible for driving revenue and client bookings for our prestigious event venue located in Mosman, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with clients and executing seamless events that exceed customer expectations.
Location
You will be located at the venue, Orso Bayside, Mosman.
What you'll be doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, private and not-for-profit clients
Proactively generate new sales leads and convert these into confirmed bookings
Conduct site tours and present venue options to prospective clients
Provide exceptional customer service and be a trusted advisor to clients
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Creating proposals to suit the client requirements
Maintaining up to date information of accounts, sales activity, and revenue before and after events
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, specialising in wedding or social sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets
Effectively deal with complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner to ensure every client has a positive experience
A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
