Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and coordinate weddings and related events from concept to execution.
• Manage client consultations to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors including decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, and entertainers.
• Create detailed wedding timelines, checklists, and schedules.
• Supervise on-site event setup, décor, and overall flow of the event day.
• Ensure all elements (logistics, décor, food, music, rituals, etc.) are seamlessly executed.
• Maintain client communication and provide regular updates throughout the planning process.
• Research and recommend creative ideas, décor themes, and destination options.
• Handle last-minute changes or emergencies with professionalism and calmness.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective planning without compromising quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner / Event Coordinator / Event Designer.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative eye for design, color coordination, and aesthetics.
• Time management and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with wedding trends, traditions, and luxury event standards.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Canva, or event management software is a plus.
• Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
