• Collaborate with our team to ensure the seamless execution of weddings and events.
• Utilize your entrepreneurial mindset and creative flair to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Lead and manage a daily team of 3-5 members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by staying up-to-date with the latest wedding trends and insights into the Indian wedding system.
• Motivate and mentor team members to enhance their wedding management skills while continuously upscaling your own expertise.
• Embrace travel opportunities across India to provide on-site support for weddings, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.
• keep oneself upto date to the recent wedding themes and complete insights of INDIAN WEDDING SYSTEM
Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field.
• Strong individual and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
