Are you passionate about creating unforgettable celebrations of love? We're seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team and bring dream weddings to life! If you have excellent communication skills, and a love for all things weddings, we encourage you to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day.

2. Develop and present detailed wedding plans, including timelines, vendor recommendations, and budget management.

3. Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors such as venues, caterers, photographers, florists, and entertainment.

4. Coordinate all logistical aspects of the wedding, including contract reviews, payment schedules, and on-site management.

5. Create and manage detailed timelines and checklists to ensure smooth execution of all wedding-related events.

6. Provide on-site coordination and problem-solving on the wedding day to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for the couple and their families.

7. Manage guest lists, seating arrangements, and RSVP tracking as needed.

8. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and vendors throughout the planning process.
