Job Description
• We are seeking a Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and presenting ideas and solutions.
• You will prepare element lists as per event requirements and connect with vendors associated with the events.
• Your role will also involve executing events as per timelines and plans set by the Production Manager.
• You will make PPT presentations for events to present to clients and source locations, food, entertainment, volunteers, freelancers, and designers as per event requirements.
• Finally, you will co-ordinate with team members and all associated vendors to ensure timely execution of all events.
