About the internship:
Are you a creative and organized individual with a passion for creating unforgettable weddings? Shaadi By Creative Minds is looking for a wedding planner intern who is well-versed in event management to join our dynamic team. As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in coordinating and executing all aspects of wedding planning, including vendor management and timeline creation.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and help bring their dream wedding to life.
3. Attend site visits and meetings with clients to ensure all details are meticulously planned and executed.
4. Assist with budget management and tracking to ensure weddings are planned within financial constraints.
5. Assist in managing on-site logistics and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during events.
6. Help with social media and marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new clients.
7. Support the team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
