Position - Event Sales & Production Manager - Weddings
Experience Required: 8-10 years
Graduate with excellent communication skills (Preferable if experienced from similar industry)

We, at Event Dynamics, are looking for an experienced and creative Event Operations Executive to join our wedding team. As an Event Sales and Operations Executive at our company, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various types of social events. Event Sales and Operations Executive- Weddings Job Responsibilities
Conduct consultations to understand clients' wedding visions, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
Present tailored event proposals and packages to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
Negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
Wedding Production:
Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive event timelines, floor plans, and design concepts.
Liaise with vendors, including florists, caterers, venues, and entertainment providers, to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide transparent financial reporting to clients.
Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and ensuring adherence to the established timeline and vision.
Should have knowledge and experience about wedding rituals and traditions
Ownership: Complete ownership of all types of social events - taking personal responsibility for flawless delivery as per Event Dynamics standards
Planning : Ensuring that the correct resources are allocated to each project, putting in the right checks and balances to ensure that desired results.
Quality : Ensuring that quality achieved from the projects team executes is world class in every aspect and is appreciated by client.
Artist / Supplier Database : Creating an efficient database of Artists / suppliers which is used by all members of the Client Servicing & Operation teams
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in event sales, production, or coordination, with a focus on weddings (minimum 3 years).
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Creative flair and an eye for design, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by client needs and event schedules.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
