About the Role

As Health Service Manager, you will lead both the clinical and operational delivery of services across Wee Waa Hospital.

You will:

Provide visible, supportive leadership during a time of growth and change


Lead workforce planning, service performance and patient safety outcomes

Foster a strong, inclusive and positive workplace culture

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across the network

Engage meaningfully with community representatives and partners

Participate in clinical shifts as part of maintaining safe and sustainable service delivery

Apply systems thinking to support service improvement and future planning

Lead confidently in high-pressure and rapidly changing environments


About You

We are seeking a confident and experienced nursing leader who can demonstrate:

Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Postgraduate qualifications in leadership/management.

Proven experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving service outcomes.

Strong communication, resilience, and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.

Commitment to cultural respect, collaboration, and excellence in care.
