We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our Wingfield team as a Administrator/Weighbridge Operator.

What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming and assisting customers in a timely, professional manner
Processing payments in line with customer trading terms
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Keeping the weighbridge office neat, organised and running smoothly
Supporting the Yard Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
Always putting safety first – for yourself, your team and our customers

Great customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Strong communication and basic numeracy skills
Confidence using computers – especially for data entry
A team player with a proactive, can-do approach
Strong attention to detail and great time management
