Tower Bridge is part of the City Bridge Foundation a 900-year-old historic charity of which the City of London Corporation is Trustee. CBF has remained vital to London over the years and today its primary purpose is to maintain and support five of London’s most iconic Thames Bridges. During the past 25 years, our vision has expanded to tackle social and economic divides across the capital. Today we still maintain our bridges, but via our funding team, the we distribute approximately £25m each year to support other charitable causes to build a fairer, more inclusive London.

You will be working in a variety of environments at Tower Bridge. Welcome Host Security cover all positions at all points of access through the Visitor Attraction. You will be motivated by providing exceptional customer service whilst ensuring a safe and secure environment and a visible security presence. You will also work outside engaging with members of the public in all weathers.
The ideal candidate will thrive from being in a customer facing security role, combining operational procedures and security awareness with providing a warm welcome and engaging visitors.
