• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, potential OT
• Pay rate: $18hr/Temp to hire
What’s a typical day as a Welder Helper? You’ll be:
• Assisting welders with setup and preparation of materials.
• Operating power tools and performing grinding tasks.
• Assisting with painting and finishing processes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You
• Have basic knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Have experience with power tools and grinding (preferred).
• Have welding knowledge/experience (a plus).
• Are able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Have strong attention to detail and safety.
