Job Description
We are seeking a skilled well-rounded individual as a Welder/Fabricator/Machinist to join our team. This position involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. As well as the ability to perform Machinist tasks. This position is responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision parts and ensure equipment reliability.
Responsibilities:
Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication on various projects
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ensure work meets safety and quality standard
Set up and operate manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Fabricate, repair, and modify metal parts to specifications
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Maintain machines and follow safety procedures
Qualifications:
Proven welding experience (MIG, TIG, stick)
Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
Proven machinist experience with manual equipment
Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools and techniques
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Machinist or technical certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Welding Certification preferred but not required
