The successful applicant will have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and educational background:
Must hold or be eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate
Bachelor of Education Degree Journeyperson certificate in Welding, Auto Body or a related field
An innovative approach to education
Experience teaching Welding and/or Auto Body
Course load includes: Welding 20, Welding 30; Autobody 10, Autobody 20, and Hockey Academy
Interviews will be conducted with a suitable pool of applicants. Please note that GSSD may contact informal references not listed in your application package.Applicants not currently working for GSSD will be required to submit a recent (within the last six months) criminal record and vulnerable sector check acceptable to the Board of Education prior to offer of employment.
