Job Responsibilities
• Develop welding techniques, procedures, and application of our welding equipment for problems involving fabrication of various base materials, utilizing his knowledge of production specifications, properties and characteristics of various metals and metal alloys, and engineering principles.
• Conducts applied research at Innovation & Skill Center for business development investigations to develop and test new fabrication processes and procedures, improve existing or develop our new welding technology/equipment, develop new or modify current welding methods, techniques, and procedures, discovers new patterns of welding phenomena, or to correlate and substantiate inferences.
• Collaborates with Customer, Coordinates with Fronius International GTSM, R&D in case of a technical assistance. Prepares technical reports as result of research and Business development and preventive maintenance welding investigations.
