Requirements
• 0 to 3 yrs of experience in developing applications and libraries for the Android platform.
• Knowledge of Posix compliant Operating Systems (we develop on Mac OS X) Kotlin, Java and SQLite
• CS fundamentals: Data structures, Time complexity of algorithms, Threading concepts
• UI layouts and writing scalable and reusable UI components
• Objectoriented principles
• Android build tool systems
• CLI tools for achieving daytoday tasks
• Distributed version control tool (we use Git)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Work with the rest of the team in developing product features that get delivered to 2B+ monthly active users.
Contribute to developing and enriching the end-to-end automation suite that drives our regression testing efforts.
Develop tooling and scripts which automate frequently occurring tasks to help increase dev productivity
Work on plugins for Helpshift's products like ReactNative for hybrid development and Gaming engines like Unity, Unreal Engine and Cocos2dx.
Write unit tests for critical components of the codebase.
Write code and review

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, etc)
Experience in working with popular mobile SDKs
