• Coordinate the wellbeing sessions - both group and individual between the wellbeing coaches ( both internal and external) and employees
• Record attendance and ensure 100% participation by following up
• Ensure new employees undergo an awareness training
• Prepare wellbeing reports for weekly and monthly business reviews for the customer.
• Keep records of wellbeing related expenses and invoices
• Take up any of the other tasks as assigned by the Global Resiliency and wellbeing lead.
