Enhance new and existing business development
Implement and execute new Sales strategies successfully
Ensure successful implementation of business plan Achieve Sales Targets within the specified timeframe
Maintain efficient payment cycle to meet business requirement, ensuring Nil outstanding by adhering to
NDL payment policy
Constantly identify gaps and bridge those gaps to achieve business performance (with focus on npower
sales across existing clients)
Find new avenues to improve business bottom line by setting target by bringing new customers on
board
Ensure +0% adherence to Annual rate contract (ARC) business for last 3 FYs business
Work on hiring, motivating, developing and training sales team
Ensure training on functional and behaviour skills for your team members, with 100% adherence
