Western Wear Design Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Create unique and captivating western wear collections, incorporating dresses, co-ords, jumpsuits, tops, and gowns.
• Stay informed about the latest global and Indian fashion trends to integrate them into brand-specific designs.
• Develop sketches, mood boards, and CAD designs for western silhouettes.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories for western garments.
• Collaborate with the sampling, pattern-making, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Maintain high-quality standards in garment finishing and fitting.
• Contribute to seasonal range planning and collection launches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in western wear or Indo-Western fashion design.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• In-depth knowledge of silhouettes, draping, and garment construction.
• Creativity with attention to detail and finishing.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to relocate for a full-time, on-site role.
