Overview
We have a WFH opportunity for Recruitment Executive in Reputed Recruitment Consultancy.
Role & responsibilities
• Cv / resume sourcing from job portals like Naukri, monster etc.
• Finding and understanding the relevant cv/resume according to the Job Description.
• Cv / resume screening of the candidate's profile.
• Taking Telephonic Interviews.
• Scheduling candidates for further rounds of interview.
• Updating and maintaining daily tracker with candidate's details
• Following up with the candidates until joined.
• Expected to do complete end-to-end recruitment.
Preferred candidate profile
• Designation: Recruitment Executive
• Experience: 0-5 years
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
• Experienced Candidate's Salary: Depends on the experience and current or last CTC.
Location & Work timings
• Location - Permanent Work from Home (WFH).
• Work timings - Flexible login time between 9-10 a.m. (9 hrs. a day includes 1 hour of break can be taken anytime accordingly).
• * a.m. to 6 p.m. | 9:30 am to 6:30 pm | 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. | Monday to Friday full day + 3 Saturday (half day) and last Saturday of the month is off and Sundays fixed off.
Must Have
Candidate must have their own laptop or system in working condition with good internet connection.
