Role Overview:
You’ll be calling local businesses, having friendly and service-led conversations (not hard sales), with the goal of identifying interest and booking appointments for our BDM. You’ll be supported with scripts, training, and quality leads to call.
Key Responsibilities:
Call warm and cold leads (B2B SMBs)
Briefly explain our services (Phone Systems, Cybersecurity, Cameras, NBN)
Qualify customer interest and book a meeting for our BDM
Keep accurate notes in our CRM
Attend a weekly call review and training session
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, confident communicator with a clear phone manner
Reliable and self-motivated with good attention to detail
Experience in outbound calls, sales support, or customer service preferred
Tech-savvy enough to use basic CRM systems and call tools
Position Details:
Part-time: 20 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $24 - $27/hour + $50 bonus per appointment closed (Abn Contractor based model)
