Job Overview We are seeking a Junior-level candidate for a full-time, work-from-home position. This role is based in Indore, requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be a part of our customer service team, handling various responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction and support. Qualifications And Skills Fresher to Experience (GRADUATE / 12TH PASS /UNDERGRADUATE ) Proficiency in handling customer queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision and deliver on targets. Familiarity with Customer Care Executive (CCE) roles and responsibilities.
