Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installation Technician to join their remote-first operations team. This role is responsible for the professional installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various residential and commercial settings. You will be tasked with interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams to accurately plan and execute installations. This includes assembling and connecting components, running ductwork, installing refrigerant lines, and ensuring all systems are properly sealed and insulated. Adherence to strict safety protocols and building codes is paramount throughout the installation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, and electrical systems relevant to HVAC.
