Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA, for a Whatnot/TikTok Streamer. The streamer will be responsible for hosting engaging live streams on platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok, showcasing products, interacting with the audience, and driving sales. Responsibilities include planning and preparing for live sessions, selecting and presenting a product lineup, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future sessions. Collaboration with the marketing team to align streaming content with company goals will also be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in live streaming, video content creation, and a strong on-camera presence
• Understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Whatnot, with knowledge of audience engagement strategies
• Experience in marketing and sales, and the ability to creatively promote products during live streams
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with a virtual audience
• Basic proficiency in video editing or familiarity with live streaming software and tools is an advantage
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of planning and executing live events
• Experience in retail, sales, or e-commerce is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
