Role Description
This full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur focuses on developing, managing, and maintaining WhatsApp Cloud APIs for the company's SaaS offerings. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and optimizing performance. The role also involves ensuring API integration, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated with the latest trends in cloud and API technologies.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in API development, integration, and management
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and SaaS platforms
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or similar programming languages for backend development
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize API performance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and prior experience working on messaging platforms is a plus
