Job Title: Chat Support Executive
Job Type : Permanent
Requirements
• Good Communication skills
• Take chats which involves working in different time zones
• Take chats from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Candidate should have at least taken 2nd dose of vaccination mandatory.
• UG/GRAD both can apply.
• Fresher/Experience both can apply.
Shift: 5 days ,Rotational Shifts that includes Night Shift.
Work Location: Kolkata
