White goods delivery driver

Job description

Our self employed Delivery Drivers play a vital part in our Distribution business, they provide an exceptionally helpful, and professional service to all of our customers on a daily basis by delivering customer orders right to their door part as a 2 person team.

Our Delivery Driver work closely with a Drivers Mate and always put a smile on our customers faces.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As our Delivery Driver:

• Driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle from customer to customer

• Delivering heavy white goods to customers homes

• installing white goods e.g washing machines, dishwashers fridges etc

• Manual handling of large heavy appliances (Using a sack barrow & lifting straps)

• Adhering to all Health and Safety Procedures

• Reporting any accidents, product issues or damage

• Strong Team Work

All we ask from you:

• Full UK Manual Licence- With no more than 6 points.

• Must be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.

• 1 years driving experience

• No drink or drug related convictions in the last 5 years.

Either apply as a single man and we will supply you with a drivers mate or start with your own mate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
