Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products and services. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong organizational and time management skills, communication skills, customer service skills, proficient computer and technology skills, as well as the ability to perform tasks accurately with minimal errors.

Duties

Responsible for the wholesale program including the receiving of restaurant orders, picking, invoicing and arranging delivery.

Perform Quality Review activities to ensure accuracy and reduce errors

Monitor inventory levels to fill order requests

Communicating stock outs and shortages, offering substitutions

Address discrepancies and resolves issues that arise

Establish and maintain excellent customer relations with accounts and seek new accounts

Assist customers with their purchases, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling when appropriate.

Oversee the Inventory Control Program

Oversee the Home Delivery Program

Maintain current and accurate invoices, records and file maintenance

Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and positively resolving issues that may arise.

Requirements

Must have minimum of a Secondary School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day

Must have a valid Drivers License and vehicle

Experience operating an electric powered pallet jack or drive a 5 ton delivery truck (automatic) is considered an asset

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - orally and in writing

Ability to pay attention to details and acuracy

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work flow and meet deadlines

Basic math and accounting skills for handling transactions and inventory management.

Customer Service Oriented - build relations, resolve issues, expand operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
