The Credit Product Delivery team, under Commercial Bank Wholesale Lending Services, is a dedicated lending & trade finance execution support function. As part of the Credit Product Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in providing a superior client experience whilst retaining a strong risk and control framework locally and partnership with regional and global teams to deliver consistently across J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Bank. You will be supporting the Bankers and Trade Sales and working closely with business partners across Credit, Legal, Compliance and line of business operations to deliver a client focused support model and seamless execution.
Job Responsibilities:
As a seasoned Credit Documentation specialist, you will be responsible for the facilitation and management of the deal lifecycle from mandate through to execution and serving as the first point of contact for Bankers and Trade Sales, providing transaction support (particularly for cross-border and complex transactions), and managing the document execution and deal closing process.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Tertiary degree and over 8+ years of Credit Administration, Transaction Management or Credit Execution experience in the Banking industry.
Strong credit and documentation knowledge across lending agreements.
Proactive/self-starter with the ability to multi-task, effective management in delivery timeline.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in English.
Ability to problem solve, willingness to participate in change discussion and strive for successful implementation.
Strong control mindset, focuses on continual improvement and capacity management
Highly organized, motivated and exhibits initiative to raise issues to appropriate staff when needed
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation.
Client-facing experience.
Good data analysis skills, familiar with Tableau or other data visualization tools
College and Professional degree
