Job Description:
Govardhan Overseas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Head to drive sales and manage key accounts across Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building long-lasting relationships with customers. The position requires a strong background in FMCG, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a sales team towards achieving targets. Frequent travel (1 week per month) is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base in the assigned regions.
• Key Account Management: Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business development.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, both individually and as part of the team.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve goals and improve performance.
• Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities within existing and new markets.
• Travel: Regular travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Skills and Requirements:
• Sales Strategy Development: Proven ability to create and execute effective sales plans.
• Key Account Management: Experience managing and growing large accounts.
• CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
• Microsoft Excel: Strong skills in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and local languages of the region.
• Team Management: Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Industry Experience: 3-7 years of experience in FMCG sales.

Salary Range:
• ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 annually (Fixed salary)
