WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Support the development and maintenance of a safe work environment by applying Work Health & Safety (WHS) skills and knowledge
Assist and conduct workplace safety audits
Work with the various sites and national safety committees, conduct training, manage investigations and reviews incidents/near misses
Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of risk management policies and procedures
Help solve WHS problems based on conceptual and technical knowledge & analysis
Assist with the management of the Comcare Management System
Encourage appropriate attitudes towards WHS and promote a culture of zero harm to all
This is afull-time permanent position working Monday to Friday during business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required
WHAT CAN YOU BRING?
Certificate IV WH&S - Requirement
A graduate degree or Diploma in WH&S - Desirable
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - Desirable
Financial and business acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
