WHS Officer| Site WHS Officer | Nagpur

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced WHS Officer to join our team. As a WHS Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all employees and visitors on site. You will work closely with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to staff. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions • Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports • Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and practices • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training • Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations Requirements: • Proven experience as a WHS Officer or similar role • Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Certification in WHS or related field is preferred Note: This may be a third party hiring as we fetch hiring information from third party portals.
