The Role
The Channel Enablement Coordinator plays a key support role within the WI Distribution Sales team, ensuring an exceptional experience for Xylem’s distributors and channel partners across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with execution, administration, and follow-up of agreements, rebates, and incentives.
Coordinating delivery and maintenance of sales tools, product documentation, joint marketing activities, and training.
Preparing, scheduling, and supporting the rigor required for effective channel management.
Improve processes by tracking metrics, promoting a “fix it” mindset, and working with teams to boost customer experience, cut costs, and drive growth.
Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in customer service in a B2B sales environment,
Tertiary qualifications in the field of engineering, marketing or business are desirable.
Proven experience in administration roles and exposure to channel partner sales & marketing.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Well-developed computer skills Microsoft Office

Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
